Adele Bayless is a seasoned expert in high-rise management in fire/life safety and emergency planning, with over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors. She’s passionate about making spaces work for people, specializing in creating inclusive cultures while implementing safety procedures that protect both lives and properties. As a public speaker, Adele is recognized for delivering impactful presentations on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in the commercial real estate space, engaging audiences with her clear communication and real-world insights.

Adele has held several high-level positions including Vice President at JLL, Senior Property Manager at Equity Office Properties (now EQ Office) and Nightingale Realty.  Additionally, she has served as Chair of the BOMA of Greater Los Angeles Security & Preparedness Committee and a member of the City of LA Evacuation Planning Group. She is a current LA Fire Department Certified High-Rise Consultant, which is a rare distinction, granting her the authority to conduct high-rise emergency system tests, certify evacuation drills, fire safety directors, conduct tenant and staff training, and author emergency plans and manuals.

Currently, Adele is leading initiatives that leverage technology to transform safety education, developing innovative solutions that integrate tech into everyday property management practices. Her mission is to empower both individuals and organizations to thrive in environments where safety and inclusivity are the top priorities.
